In recent events, the Human Resource Development (HRD) Ministry has proposed to form the National Testing Agency (NTA) for conducting the national-level entrance examination. This idea was initiated to take off the burden of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) of conducting various entrance examinations such as NEET, JEE Main, GATE, CTET, UGC NET, and GMAT.
It is expected that NTA will be conducting its first exam in the year 2019 with the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) while other reports suggest that NTA’s first exam will be in December 2018 (which is less possible). It is more likely that all the entrance examination under NTA will be conducted twice a year. The agency is also expected to resolve variations in difficulty levels and ensure a uniform standard of difficulty. NTA will gradually cover AICTE and other exam conducting bodies after CBSE.
With all the shouts and ambiguity about the National Testing Agency, we have decided to bring complete information and latest updates about NTA at one place for the convenience of the students. So, this platform will keep you up-to-date on any development about formation and activities of NTA such as the former director of CBSE and senior bureaucrat Mr. Vineet Joshi has been appointed as the Director General of NTA.
Thus, our mission is to provide latest updates on the National Testing Agency and answer all the queries of various entrance exams’ aspirants.
