National Testing Agency or NTA is going to conduct the JEE MAIN 2019. The JEE Main 2019 will be taking place twice a year from 2019, once in the month of January 2019 and second in the month of April 2019 for offering seats in the various undergraduate courses. The application process for the first session of JEE MAIN 2019 is going to start from 1st September to 30th September 2018. For April session, the registration will start from the 7th February to 8th March 2019.
Earlier CBSE was conducting the JEE MAIN but after the words by Union HRD minister Prakash Javadekar, it was confirmed that the NTA will be taking charge of conducting all the sessions of JEE MAIN from 2019.

JEE MAIN 2019 Exam Pattern and Syllabus
As per the press meet held by the Union HRD minister, the syllabus for JEE MAIN 2019 will remain the same. For JEE MAIN paper -1 (B.E. / B. Tech.), students need to study the topics of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics from the 11th and 12th class. For paper – 2 (B. Arch. / B. Planning) JEE MAIN 2019, students need to study the topics of Mathematics, Aptitude Test and Drawing. To study effectively, students must look for a detailed prescribed syllabus for preparing well.

JEE MAIN 2019 Eligibility Criteria
The following table explains the terms and norms that candidate must seek before initiating the application process. In case if any student doesn’t meet the following eligibility criteria, then the student will stand ineligible for the JEE MAIN 2019. Therefore, students must check the JEE Main Eligibility Criteria before applying for the exam.

|The number of exams in the qualifying exam||Following 5 subjects is must have in a qualifying exam:

For JEE MAIN 2019, the application forms in an online mode will be out on the 1st September 2018 and the candidates need to fill it duly with the valid academic and personal details latest by 30th September 2018 along with the mentioned fees.

- Recent photograph with the date in a JPEG/JPG format of size 4KB to 40 KB.
- Scanned authorized signature of size 1KB to 30KB in a JPEG/JPG format.
- Signature of Father/Mother/ Guardian of size 1KB to 30 KB in a JPEG/JPG format.

JEE MAIN 2019 Admit Card
For JEE Main 2019 (January session), the candidates will be able to download the admit card by the month of December 2018. The admit card for the candidates is a must to have as it will be having all the personal details of the candidate, roll number and hall details. The candidates who are unable to show the valid admit card will be disqualified from giving the exam of JEE MAIN 2019. However, the admit card for the April 2019 session will be out in March 2018. Along with the admit card, the candidates also need to carry a separate proof of identification ( any college or school id, passport, driving license and other verified document) along with required stationary.

JEE MAIN 2019 Answer Key
As soon as the JEE MAIN 2019 for January session will come to an end, the candidates will be able to get an access to the provisional answer key to be released by the officials. The key will help the students to know their progress and results, beforehand. The students can also object the published answer key by submitting their actual answer and requisite fee. Once all the answers will be examined, an actual answer key for NTA JEE MAIN 2019 will be released by the officials.

The results for JEE MAIN 2019 (January session) are likely to come by the first week of February 2019 and for the JEE MAIN 2019 (April session) the results are expected to be released by the first week of May 2019.
