The JEE Main 2019 result has been released for the January session exam on 19th January. As per the official notification, the National Testing agency has scheduled the result declaration by 31st January 2019. The examination was held from 8th to 12th January 2019 in two shifts per day. The result has been released for Paper-I now and the result for Paper-II will be declared later.
A total of 9,29,198 candidates have registered for the exam and out of the registered candidates, 8,74,469 have appeared for the exam. Candidates who have appeared for the exam can check their result on the official website. The JEE Main 2019 result can be checked using the candidate’s application number and date of birth. Candidates who qualify the exam will be eligible for admission to IIITs, NITs, and GFTIs. Procedure to Download the JEE MAINS 2019 Scorecard/results
Checking the JEE Main 2019 result is a 3-way process – Log-in, checking and downloading the result. Follow the steps to download the scorecard
Step 1 – Login
- Visit the official website – https://jeemain.nic.in/ and click on the ‘JEE (Main) January 2019 NTA Score’ link on the home-page.
- Enter your application number and password for successful log-in.
Step 2 – Checking the Result Details
Once you have logged in, look for the scorecard, and open it. On your scorecard, check out these following details:
- Name of the Candidate
- Roll number
- Date of Birth
- Name of the parents
- State code of eligibility
- Category and nationality
- Total and section wise scored marks
- All India Rank(AIR)
- Category Rank
- Qualifying status for JEE Advanced 2019 exam.
- Cut-off marks for JEE Advanced 2019 exam eligibility.

Step 3- Downloading the Results/scorecard
Download the result/scorecard and take a print out. Keep the print of the result safe till the counselling process.
Note – Scorecards will not be sent via E-mail or SMS. Download it from the official website.
JEE MAIN 2019 Cut-Offs
The cut-off for JEE Main 2019 will be released later. The cut-offs are the qualifying marks that each and every candidate need to achieve in order to step ahead with the JEE Advanced exam. The cut-offs were released by CBSE earlier but from now on it will be the duty of NTA. JEE Main 2019 Counselling
CSAB or Central State Allocation Board takes the charge to conduct the counselling to allot seats to the various qualified candidates. From 2019, seat allotment will be done via merit and rank list. The seat allotment process will take place in June 2019.
