NEET 2020 Application Form – Know the Correct Way to Fill in Your Application

The application process for NEET 2020 has begun on 2nd December 2019. The aspirants who are dreaming to study the Medical, Dental and AYUSH courses from the prestigious colleges and institutes in India must sit for the upcoming NEET 2020 exam on 3rd May 2020. But before that, they are required to fill in the applications from 2nd to 31st December 2019 in a correct manner. Steps To Fill In NEET 2020 Application Form

The application process for NEET exam 2020 is a 3-phase process – Log in, filling the form and fee payment. You need to perform the following steps to fill in the application correctly and on time.

Step 1- Login

You need to visit the official website of NTA at www.ntaneet.nic.in. After visiting the website, look for the link “Fill Application Form” and open it. By opening the link, you will be redirected to a new page, tick the declaration and click the “Proceed to Apply Online NEET (UG) – 2020” button. Fill the application form to generate the user ID and password.

Step 2 – Filling In the Application and Uploading Documents

 

After successfully signing in, open the application form and read all the necessary instructions before starting off. Fill in the form for the following asked details with correct spelling and information:

 

  • Candidate’s Name
  • Mother’s name and Father’s name
  • Category
  • DOB – Date of Birth
  • Gender
  • Nationality
  • Mobile number
  • E-mail address
  • Choice of the medium of the exam paper
  • Choice of exam centre
  • Education details for class X and XII
  • Residential address
  • Upload the scanned copy of signature and passport size photograph

· Name and current date on photograph

Size – 10 Kb to 100 Kb in a JPEG format.
Signature · White background

· Signed with a  black pen

Size – 3 Kb to 20 Kb in a JPEG format.

Step 3 – Payment of Application Fee and Form Submission

Pay the application fee via Debit/Credit card and Net-banking along with the application form as follow:

After filling in the application form for NEET 2020 exam, read it all again to avoid any typographical error. When sure, submit the application form. The last date for the same is 31st December 2019.

Note –Do keep a print of the submitted application form as a proof for future reference.

NEET 2020 Application Form Correction

Do not worry, if any detail in your submitted application form is incorrect. There will be a time period provided to rectify the application via a correction window. Make sure to send the correct information during the rectification process. The correction window will remain open from 15th January to 31st January 2020.

NEET 2020 Application Form-Important Instructions

  • You can correct the application forms till 31st January 2020.
  • The correction will be allowed only for some particular sections.
  • If correction is required in the photograph, it will be notified via the candidate’s e-mail id or SMS..
